Finding lightness and laughter in life, through yoga.
Yoga is about letting go and finding YOU in the middle of chaos.
A centered, grounded, curious and beautiful you.
Life can get muddy. It has times of elation, despair, confusion and brilliance. All of these experiences- all of these emotions- are part of the human experience. They will be for the rest of our lives. If we can recognize this and ride those waves of emotion, knowing it will end, the waves can get a little less intense. A regular meditation practice helps.
So does yoga. Coming to your mat where it doesn’t matter if you do handstand or lay in Savasana the whole class can be cathartic. When there are no expectations, no responsibilities, nothing you need to do, the weight of what you are holding onto falls away and you can fly. That’s when yoga gets fun- when you let your body move the way it needs to today, so that you can come out shining, or at the very least clearer, on the other side.
